 Anonymous Guest | I passed my cbse Xth exam in 2007, now only i came to know that there is a mistake in my date of birth .Can i change it now?Someone please suggest me the procedure to change it. Recently i found a form in cbse site for changing date of birth within 2 years after passing Xth but i passed out 3 years ago.please help me. |

Read this again: Quote: As per the examination bye-laws (69.2) request for correction in date of birth will be’ entertained within two years of the date of declaration of result of class X examination. No correction whatsoever shall be made on application submitted after the said period of two years. This is effective from the examination held in MARCH, 1995. | Anonymous Guest | Dear Monisha,Kamath and Vishnur, Hi hope u r doing great!!! Even I have the same problem with my certificate. When i contacted CBSE they told its not possible. It should be done within 2 years after your year of passing. I am helpless on this, but please when you come up with any solution please let me know. Please note my e-mail – safeer008@in.com I will also let you know if i get something useful. I also heard its possible to file a case against CBSE in court once we get the letter from magistrate they have 2 change our certificate. but its a long process and will take more time. | Anonymous Guest | I passed my cbse Xth exam in 2007, now only i came to know that there is a mistake in my date of birth .My actual date of birth is 27-06-1991(D.O.B certificate),but in the 10th certificate its 25-06-1991. Recently i found a form in cbse site for changing date of birth within 2 years after passing Xth but i passed out 4 years ago. Now i am doing my b-tech.When i applied for passport authorities asked for both school certificate and D.O.B certificate .Is there anyway i there any way i can change it now. |
